We currently ship to the following countries:
USA & Canada
All states/territories excluding American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

Our products are classed as hazmat by shipping companies. What that actually means is that they are at an increased risk of catching fire during transit because of their ingredients.
So, this means that our products can't be shipped via air - they can only travel by road, which is usually called 'ground shipping'.
As all our products are shipped from North America, if you live outside of the US & Canada, we are unable to reach you at this time.
As NYKZ expands, we will add more shipping destinations.

We know some shipping carriers suck, so we'll always do our best to use the one that can deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Why isn't shipping free?

There are a few reasons.
As a small business, we don't ship many packages each day. This means we don't send enough packages to negotiate cheaper rates with shipping companies. The bigger NYKZ becomes, the lower our shipping prices will be.
On top of this, your shipping fee doesn't just cover shipping. It also covers picking and packing (sometimes called 'handling') at our warehouse.
We don't make any money on shipping. At all. It actually costs us to ship our products to you, on top of what you're already paying.
Not many brands admit this but we think it's really important to be honest.

Yeah, this is a bit of a tricky one.
To keep your candles safe, we make every effort to use temperature controlled transport where possible. However, that can't always happen and even when it does, carriers don't always listen to our instructions. It's really annoying.
This means that if you're ordering during the summer months, your candle is at increased risk of melting during transit. It is made of wax, after all.
But hey, don't panic. We're here to help.
If your candle arrives misshapen, melted or otherwise damaged, drop us an email on help@nykzstudio.com and we'll do our best to investigate and make things right.

We don't cover import taxes or duties on your orders. They are your responsibility.
It doesn't always happen, but orders travelling to destinations outside the United States may incur additional charges at the point of delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. We aren't customs, after all.

Only joking. All our products have a "Sign up for restock notifications" button. Pop your email in there and we'll let you know when the item(s) you want are available again.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We accept returns of unopened, sealed items. Any item you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as you bought it. If your item has been opened (including the cellowrap layer on its exterior) it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our candles must be returned with all their original packaging unopened or damaged. The dust cover must be present and have not been tampered with in any way. Due to high temperatures, we discourage shipping candles to warmer regions during the summer. If the temperatures in your area are high, we may place a hold on your order to prevent your candle from melting in transit. If you ask us to ship your order when temperatures are high, we will not replace any candles damaged by melting in transit.
Any returns are at your own expense. We do not currently offer free returns.

We also accept exchanges on products that meet the criteria detailed above. Please email our team on help@nykzstudio.com to start the exchange process.

At the moment we do not offer free returns. It's your responsibility to pay for the return of your item(s).
We recommend returning your item(s) using a trackable service to make sure they don't get lost on the way back to us.

If your return meets our criteria, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your items back to.
When will I get my refund?

Once we've processed your refund, you'll receive an email confirming the amount we're sending back to you. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original method of payment but in most cases, it's much faster.

First, don't panic. Everything will be okay. We're here to help.
Second, drop us an email on help@nykzstudio.com, including your name, order number and photos of the issue you're experiencing. From there, our team will review and do everything they can to assist you.

Good news: Yes, we can cancel your order.
Bad news: If it's been more than 60 minutes since your order was placed or if you've had an email to say your order has been shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to cancel it.
